A Missional Order
Associates serve with GSA by creating and serving in Kingdom Focused Enterprises. GSA provides a platform for service so leaders can collaborate and focus on the expanding the borders of the kingdom.
This Apostolic Band consists of like minded mission focused leaders called to various areas of kingdom expansion. We exist in freedom with accountability, focus without control, nurture without hierarchy.
Jay Gary
Jay joined the Regent University’s School of Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship faculty in 2003. He is an adjunct professor in the M.A. in Strategic Foresight and in doctoral residencies. He hosts the annual Foresight conferences for Christian leaders. He lives in Southern Colorado and directs the Christian Futures Network.

Rich Lotterhos
Rich currently serves as the Director of Global Service Associates. The focus of his service is Coaching, Consulting, and Facilitation. He has served in university settings for 32 years, and now is as an Associate Staff with the Great Plains International Region of the US Campus Ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ. He has a wide range of International experience while living and ministering in over 30 nations. In 1986 he was part of envisioning a world-wide student mission network with other US Campus Leaders, which launched movements on more than 200 major university campuses around the world from 1991 to 2001.
 
He earned a BBA in Accounting from Augusta State University (1975). He has done post-graduate studies in Theology and Bible. He is a certified consultant in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Birkman Method. He has also been certified by Tucker International in the Overseas Assignment Inventory. He and his wife Brenda reside in Superior, Colorado. Bruce McCluggage 
Bruce is a former Campus Crusade for Christ staff member who served in CA, WA, ID and several Pacific Rim countries.  He brings decades of college campus ministry experience to his current work with Christian Futures Network, a consulting ministry to church/community leaders. He taught the World Views class at UC Berkeley and is currently an adjunct Philosophy instructor at Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs. When he directed the campus ministry at UC Berkeley, he helped to pioneer the 1998 and 1999 Berkeley Postmodern Summer projects (Berkeley, CA). He received his M.A. degree in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Seminary.

Shane Deike
Shane received his ministry training through 18 years of service with Campus Crusade for Christ. He has been involved in collegiate ministry in over 20 countries and most recently served on the National Leadership Team of the US Campus Ministry.
He is the director of TribalWest, an effort to connect effective evangelistic web efforts with church planting movement methodology. He serves on the board of Church Multiplication Associates and as an associate with Global Hope International, an international relief organization.
Shane and Linda live in Orlando, FL and have three children: Cameron, Taelor and Addie.

Rich Bledsoe
Rich has been a church planter and pastor. Most recently at Tree of Life Church (PCA) in Boulder, Colorado. As part of Global Service Associates he serves Boulder in various kingdom enterprises, including leadership development.  Rich desires to encourage and empower spiritual leaders in the greater Boulder area to increase kingdom growth, effective cooperation and deep relational connections.

Steve Van Diest
Steve & Christine have served with Campus Crusade for Christ for over 13 years. They gave leadership at the University of Colorado in Boulder, CO and started ministries in Spain and Chile.  Recently they gave leadership to start Enfoque Mexico in Mexico City.
 
Steve & Christine will be giving leadership to Kingdom Signposts and Project Revive. Kingdom Signposts is an initiative that believes there are men and women in all parts of society that are being called by God in their homes, communities or workplaces to plant a Signpost in their realm of influence that points others to Jesus. This work will provide resources, training, encouragement and connections that will equip and encourage these Kingdom Leaders.  Project Revive is a new initiative that desires to bring restoration, renewal and hope to those parts of our communities that are less fortunate. Steve is leading a community wide partnership with churches, ministries, non-profits and businesses that will provide connections and resources to bring about transformation at the deepest level.
