Andy and his wife, Robin, served for 23 and 17 years, respectively, with Campus Crusade for Christ, taking them to such places as Mongolia, Bulgaria, Russia, Australia, Chile, Mexico, South Africa and China. During the last 10 years of their time with Campus Crusade, Andy and Robin gave leadership to an effort to launch college ministries worldwide through sending and training student laborers.

Andy and Robin now use their experience to serve the body of Christ with "no strings attached," by focusing on church-planting networks and consulting on JACK (Justice, Advocacy, Compassion and Kingdom) projects. For example, Andy and Robin currently partner with ministries and non-profits to help eradicate poverty in a township outside of Pretoria, South Africa, launch house church fellowships in Israel, work for city transformation in Mexico CIty, reach unreached peoples in Myanmar and build a network of churches in Boulder, Colo.
