Matt is the executive director of Pinnacle Forum San Diego. His 27 years of past ministry experience with Campus Crusade for Christ inform his current emphases on men's issues and leadership. As a life coach and consultant, Matt works with U.S. and international organizations that are either underperforming, starting up or trying to "vault to the next level," and empowers leaders to overcome hurdles in their pursuit of excellence.
