Philip worked for 10 years as a technology consultant at a large accounting firm before he and his wife, Heather, joined the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ. During their seven years on staff, they worked with the Global Campus Strategy team, helping give leadership and direction to the approximately 8,000 campus staff around the world.

In 2009, Philip felt called to multiply God's Kingdom impact by counseling those who influence others. To that end he has been pursuing a master's degree in marriage and family therapy in order to become a licensed counselor. Philip's passion is working with church and missions leaders in cross-cultural environments, and facilitating the self-knowledge process as people come to deeply know themselves and God.
