Rich has a M.Div. degree from Westminster Theological Seminary and is a D.Min. candidate at Bakke Graduate University. He has for years served as a church planter, pastor, professor, chaplain and mentor in the greater Boulder, Colo., area. His current focus is on empowering spiritual leaders in order to encourage Kingdom growth and effective cooperation, and deepen relational connections.
