During his 18 years with Campus Crusade for Christ, was involved in collegiate ministry in more than 20 countries, and for a time, served on the national leadership team of the U.S. Campus Ministry.

He is currently the director of TribalWest, an effort to connect effective evangelistic web efforts with church planting movement methodology. He also serves on the board of Church Multiplication Associates and is an associate with the relief organization Global Hope Network International.
