Kevin Colón
Originally from Puerto Rico and now based in Colorado, Kevin is a Jesus-centered leader devoted to sharing the healing, life-giving ways of the Kingdom of God.
Kevin currently serves as President & General Manager of Global Service Associates, a global network of independent ministers and missionaries faithfully living out their God-given callings. He partners with the GSA team and board of directors to set vision and steward the day-to-day operations of the organization.
He is also the co-founder of EquiSage, an equine-assisted learning practice that brings humans and horses together for personal and professional growth. Through these experiences, Kevin invites individuals, families, and teams into meaningful conversations that cultivate awareness, presence, connection, communication, and collaboration—with the hope of deep healing and lasting transformation.
Earlier in his career, Kevin invested deeply in people through local churches, serving in roles ranging from lead pastor and church planter to associate pastor. Alongside his wife, Amy, he also led humanitarian trips for nearly 20 years to villages in Northern Vietnam. His vocational journey later expanded into the public sector, where he led the communications and community engagement department for the Town of Superior, Colorado. During the 2021 Marshall Fire, Kevin was actively involved in emergency response and recovery efforts.
Along the way, Kevin has also served with several faith-based nonprofits, leading workshops and retreats for organizations such as Serendipity House, Missio, GlocalNet multi-faith experiences, and the Kineo Center—a retreat center in Puerto Rico dedicated to the renewal of weary and wounded leaders—where he continues to serve as a board member.
You can find Kevin on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. He’s always open to connecting.
