Travis Gluckler is the Founder and Director of The ARK Identity, a ministry dedicated to shifting the culture of the Western church from "Addition" to "Multiplication". With a passion for equipping the saints, Travis has developed a practical framework that moves believers from being passive consumers to active disciple-makers.

Leading a team focused on national expansion, Travis oversees the launch of self-sustaining disciple-making hubs, including a major campus ministry initiative at the University of Iowa. His work involves equipping trainers, planting house churches, and developing resources like the ARK Identity Discipleship Track to empower the body of Christ.

Travis serves as a full-time director alongside his wife, Kimberly, who manages administration and the online experience. Together, they are committed to raising up laborers for the harvest and filling the mission field with active disciples.
