Elisabeth founded Rooted Soul Care in 2022 after seeing the need and lack of accessibility to good soul care for people struggling in their faith. 

Elisabeth is a Spiritual Director, trained and certified by Sustainable Faith’s School of Spiritual Direction. She brings 20 years of experience working with people in various domestic and international ministry contexts. She also brings a trauma-informed perspective to her work and is no stranger to sitting with people in pain. 

She spends most of her time offering one-on-one spiritual direction. However, she also speaks at retreats, leads workshops, and facilitates small groups. She loves introducing people to spiritual practices that help them slow down and pay attention to the state of their souls and, ultimately, to the love of God. 

Elisabeth deeply desires that spiritual direction be accessible and affordable to all people and is committed to never letting finances prevent someone from receiving spiritual direction. Your donation helps her give generously of her time and provides scholarships and a sliding scale for those in need.
