Spiritual Director • Life & Leadership Coach • Soul Care Practitioner

Leila has a deep passion for helping people encounter God, grow in wholeness, and live more fully into who God has created them to be. At the heart of her work is a desire to help people know their belovedness in Christ, deepen their love for God, and experience more fully the life God invites them into.

Leila holds an MA in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care from Talbot Theological Seminary and has completed Leader BreakThru™ Coaching training. She is also an affiliate with YTM Leadership™, supporting leaders in their growth and development. Her years of ministry leadership, coaching, and spiritual formation have shaped a unique approach to walking alongside people through seasons of transition, growth, discernment, leadership, and healing.

Throughout her 36 years in vocational Christian ministry, Leila served as a campus minister and coached and equipped ministry leaders across the U.S., East Asia, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia. She served on the Epic National Leadership team as the Epic National Field Director of People and Culture. More recently, she served on the Cru City Oneness and Diversity Team, supporting the flourishing of BIPOC ministry leaders.

As a Filipina American, Leila’s own journey of faith and identity has deepened her passion for helping people explore how culture, family, faith, and lived experience shape their spiritual journeys. Being a part of FAMI, Filipino American Ministry Initiative, has further enriched her passion for Filipino American faith, identity, leadership, and flourishing.

Leila’s involvement with PastoraLab, a community supporting and developing Asian American women ministry leaders, has deepened her commitment to creating spaces where Asian American women can be seen, heard, encouraged, and supported as they navigate leadership, calling, identity, and the unique cultural dynamics of ministry.

Through spiritual direction and life and leadership coaching, Leila creates a safe and compassionate space where people can slow down, listen deeply, and pay attention to God’s presence and work in their lives. She especially enjoys accompanying people navigating significant life transitions, questions of calling and identity, leadership challenges, and a desire for deeper spiritual and emotional wholeness.

Leila is grateful for the opportunity to bring together her years of ministry experience, training, cultural perspective, and love for people in a more focused way—creating space for others to be seen, heard, and invited into deeper wholeness and a richer experience of life with God.

Ministry partners help make this work possible and accessible to people and communities who face financial or other barriers to receiving the healing and soul care they need. Your partnership helps create space for people to be seen, heard, and supported on their journey toward greater wholeness and life with God.
