Matt is the executive director of San Diego Leadership Forum. It's mission is to empower, equip and encourage men who are organizational servant leaders in San Diego in order that they are personally transformed and mobilized to transform San Diego. By facilitating Forums or small groups of leaders, they grow personally, professionally, and engage the community in which they live for God's Kingdom purposes.
