Randy is the founder of Responder Impact, a ministry committed to addressing the unique emotional and spiritual challenges of First Responders. Responder Impact meets these challenges through one-on-one spiritual mentoring, small group Bible studies, individual interaction, and resources that assist with marriage and family relationships.

Randy presently serves as a volunteer chaplain for the Frisco, TX Fire and Police Department. He and his wife, Jennifer, have been married for 35 years and have three adult children.
