Reza is a pastor, leader, speaker, and sports chaplain. His passion is to relationally guide athletes and leaders towards eternal clarity. Reza’s family immigrated to the United States as refugees escaping the revolution in Iran. He grew up in a Muslim household but met Jesus as a college football player through the ministry of Athletes in Action. He is a graduate of Colorado State University and Dallas Theological Seminary.

Reza’s ministry work leads him to locally invest in the Northern Colorado community while focusing on impacting the lives of business leaders and athletes.

Reza works with Pro Athletes through PAO (Pro Athletes Outreach) where he is the Chief of Staff, Men’s discipleship director and serves chaplains in the NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL. His passion for athletes extends into elite youth club sports through Victory Beyond (VCTRY BYND).

His passion for leading and guiding leaders toward eternal clarity is expressed through his work with local businessmen. Utilizing years of ministry experience, he helps men understand who God created them to be while pointing out Biblical truths that are easily applicable to everyday life circumstances.

Reza and his 3 children live in Timnath, Colorado.
