Global Service Associates is looking for people like you
Is God Calling You to Something More?
You've been in ministry long enough to know the difference between a job and a calling. You've also felt the weight of doing it largely alone, without the right infrastructure, without peers who truly understand, without the freedom to fully pursue the vision God has given you.
Global Service Associates was built for this moment. We are a community of experienced, Spirit-filled leaders who are on a mission, and we're looking for others who are ready to join us.
This isn't a traditional employment process. It's a discernment process. We're not asking you to fit into our structure. We're asking whether our community is the right home for the calling already in your heart.
What You Gain as a Member
-
A recognized 501(c)(3) platform to raise funds for your ministry — legally and transparently

-
Regular encouragement, connection, and leadership from GSA's team

Low overhead — more than 90% of every dollar donated to your ministry reaches you directly
-
Recognition as ordained clergy and a full-time minister of the Gospel

Who We're Looking For
GSA is not for everyone — and we mean that as a compliment. We're looking for leaders who:
-
Have a proven track record of self-directed ministry leadership
-
Carry a vision that is bigger than any single organization can contain
-
Are willing to be accountable to a community while retaining the freedom to lead
-
Are committed to historic Christian faith and the sharing of God's hope and love
If you're looking for someone to tell you what to do, we're probably not the right fit. But if you have a calling in your gut that you simply must move forward on, you may have just found your community.
Membership Qualifications
Commissioned Members
Commissioned membership is for experienced, proven leaders with several years of self-directed ministry experience. Commissioned members are ordained and recognized as full-time ministers of the Gospel.
Associate Members
Applicants who are moving toward commissioned membership may join as non-commissioned members or "associates." In some cases, a member may retain associate status without planning on moving toward commissioning.
Ongoing Commitments
All members are asked to:
-
Submit an annual report to the leadership team. This update explores internal and external health and wholeness.
-
Agree to live by our Rule of Life, a simple way of life and ministry focusing on the way of Jesus.
-
Complete a Sabbatical Year every seven years as a commissioned member. This takes on various forms depending on the member.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to raise support?
No. While GSA provides a fundraising framework for members who choose to use it, no member is required to raise funds. Many members have other sources of income and simply value the community and platform GSA provides.
Is GSA affiliated with a denomination?
No. We are an interdenominational community. Our shared foundation is the historic Christian creeds, the Apostles' Creed and the Nicene Creed. This allows our members to cross denominational boundaries and serve broadly.
What is the Rule of Life?
Our Rule of Life is a set of commitments that shape how we live and serve together as a community. It is simple, practical, and designed to sustain rather than burden. Details are shared during the application process.
Is there a cost to join?
Yes. Please reach out to us directly for information on registration and membership fees. We're happy to walk you through all of the details.
