We enable participants to do the following:

Observe. Race, Power, Culture, Ethnicity from diverse and unique perspectives

Orient. Develop greater appreciation for the role and power of personal context

Engage. Combine principle and theory w/ life experience to facilitate meaningful action

 

Using a refined pedagogy with a diverse curriculum, we engage the intellect, heart, and hands. A goal is that the cohort experiences personal and corporate change – 

 

That their "lenses" are refined by enhanced understanding of ethnic identity, cultural context, family background, national history, and personal experiences resulting in transformation.

We consider how these "lenses" shape the way we think about and bless people in our homes, our communities, and the world.
