Alethea Lamberson

Alethea has served in vocational ministry for the last ten years and in that time has worked to equip collegiate student-athletes in their faith, developed leaders at multiple levels of an organization, and facilitated and led training around issues of race, ethnicity, power, privilege, and the Gospel. She works with The Lentium Group, a cultural proficiency and development platform that exists to help leaders inside and outside of the Church by influencing the way people observe, orient, and engage in our ethnically and culturally diverse world. This is done through 3-5 day intensives, large (100+) and small group engagement, and individual consultancy. She is a change agent who is passionate about leading organizational change and helping people grow in their cultural awareness and cultural competency.

Alethea currently lives in Atlanta, GA where she enjoys spending time with friends, engaging in the rich history of the city, and frequenting coffee shops. Of all the titles she’s had in life, ‘auntie’ is her favorite and her many nieces and nephews mean the world to her!
