Alethea Lamberson

Alethea has served in vocational ministry for over a decade and in that time has helped college student-athletes grow in their faith, developed leaders at multiple levels of an organization, and facilitated and led training around issues of race, ethnicity, power, privilege, and the Gospel. She works with The Lentium Group, a cultural proficiency and development platform that exists to help leaders inside and outside of the Church by influencing the way people observe, orient, and engage in our ethnically and culturally diverse world. Alethea is also the Executive Director of the Urban Project - Los Angeles, a two-week summer project focused on equipping college student-athletes to leave a Christ-centered legacy in their communities through justice, mercy, and discipleship. She is a change agent who is passionate about leading organizational change and helping people grow in their cultural awareness and cultural competency.

Alethea currently lives in Inglewood, CA where she enjoys all of the perks of living in SoCal, specifically being so close to the ocean, and her all-time favorite role in life is being an auntie!
