Donna Whitman

Donna has ministered alongside vulnerable people since 1998 in L.A. and Orange County. She loves filling in gaps for others, because this is what people in her church did for her when she was a child.

She believes everyone needs a place to belong and the Church is the best place to experience a lifetime of belonging to God’s adopted family. She is called to contribute to making the Church a place where people feel loved by God, seen, heard, loved, and enjoyed by others.

She’s passionate about seeing communities and families thrive by strengthening ministries through investing in leaders and organizations with mentoring, fund development, program enhancement, and instructional design.

She partners with youth and family-serving organizations such as Urban Youth Worker’s Institute, Unidos SouthOC and Stars Mentoring .

She and her husband, Darin, live in Rancho Santa Margarita where he can often be heard talking about drones to anyone he meets.

Come partner with Donna in expanding the Church’s reach and impact for immigrant and under-resourced communities in Orange County and beyond. You will compassionately care for these vulnerable families at a critical time of their lives.

You can partner through becoming a regular monthly, quarterly, or annual ministry partner, or by giving a special gift.

Thank you for following the heart of God for the vulnerable in the U.S.

Below is a photo of me with the Stars team doing the Magic Mustache, it's a self-regulating technique to calm yourself down through putting pressure on a pressure point above your upper lip.

Thank you,

Donna
