Thomas has served in full-time ministry since 2001, when he graduated from Samford University. He served with Cru Inner City in Kentucky and California before moving with his wife, Melanie, to Atlanta, GA, to begin working with college students full-time through Cru’s Campus Ministry.

Now with GSA, Thomas is living out the Great Commission by working with graduate students at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Thomas has also started his own tree service company where he hires college students and mentors them in how to live out their faith in the marketplace. Through his company, Restoration Tree Care, Thomas is desiring to help people be rehabilitated back into the workforce and help to fight the battle against human trafficking. Thomas’s children are Abby and Gabe.
